Garbage
Garbage. Ordered an item sometime ago which didn’t come when promised. The delivery was refunded but the item was still on the way. When it eventually arrived, I was just delivered an empty envelope. I immediately reached out to Amazon customer service services who refuse to do anything until they could complete an investigation which would take an extra five days. I have been incredibly patient and this is beyond frustrating. I cannot even get a refund. I actually just want the item! I have no idea what an investigation is going to tell them given that the item has travelled thousands of miles. Will they be able to pinpoint exactly where it fell out of the envelope? Doubtful. There is even a picture of the flat envelope being pushed through my letterbox clearly with no bulky item inside. I was promised I would receive an email after the Web chat summarising what we had spoken about and confirming that the investigation had commenced. I have not received anything. Do not trust them they are scammers and frauds.
