Sell problematic and cheap machines with endless design flaws. Bought an elegoo centauri carbon. They're horribly designed. The hot end USB cable is too angled and destroys itself, the Bowden tube is also on a horrible angle and rubs on the case, a simple nozzle swap requires screws and has a cable on the cover which is extremely easy to break, hot end cable detaches from the board, the hot end requires full disassembly for blockages, bed levelling is antique, the machine is no where near air tight, the lighting is terrible even in the revised version, the spool is external, unguarded and the run out sensor is problematic, run out sensor doesn't have provision for an Bowden to a drier, the heat bed has variances of over 10c edge to edge, bed meshes disappear, Elegoo falsely advertised an ams equivalent but never delivered, the bed design allows debrit to get caught underneath it, camera is abismal at 360p and doesn't support off network monitoring, endless firmware issues, no failure detection, inadequate filtration or ventilation options, genuine parts aren't readily available, Elegoo service is a joke. I could go on? They accepted my units back and after 30+ emails I got a full refund on them. Will never buy another Elegoo product as long as I live
