Risky business, terrible support, mostly resellers
I have been using Alibaba for abut 3 years now. There are mostly resellers, real manufacturer is hard to find. Recently we had trouble with one of Alibaba sellers. They send the goods completely wrong and we ended up paying charges (2400USD) + had a lot of trouble getting the shipment. When we tried to claim the issue with Alibaba (Trade Assurance) they did not even bother...
