No support, poor instructions & no refunds
Key points of this review: 1. Poor and confusing instructions. 2. No refunds available for any unused plans. 3. Poor unhelpful support service. I have bought 3 plans for a multi-country holiday. When I arrived at my first destination, I had followed the email with installation instructions. The instructions were really basic but as it was my first time, I followed the instructions to the letter for the first data plan. However I wasn't able to get any data roaming. I had asked for three friends who have used eSIMs before to help me to make sure I did it correctly, which I did. When I emailed support they were unhelpful and just explained that I haven't installed it yet. I had explained that I did as told in the email and they said no. Suffice to say, I asked for a refund for the other 2 packages I've paid for but not used yet on my travels. Support had refused a refund and safe to say I will never use their service again. FYI I have used Airalo and it was simple to install and works!
