Not EZCosplay
This company is a SCAM. All of the other negative reviews are true. Nothing good can come of using this company. I ordered two sets of shoes: The first were too small by two sizes. The size on the sole was scraped off on purpose to hide the real size. The seller said they would refund the cost and then did nothing. They tried to dodge paying by ignoring me and then only made a partial refund. The second shoes were covered in silver sharpie markings all over the place. There was also sharpie ink mess left on open areas. I was told to clean it off and also the marks are normal because making shoes is hard xD The email conversion about a refund is still ongoing but there is always some excuse to not take responsibility for the terrible quality products or issue any full refund.
