Unable to cancel orders
I sent them an email to cancel my order, took awhile to respond then they said it already shipped. they must use the slowest shipping method, because it took forever to get here. On one page of their website, it says to return for FULL refund. Yet, when you contact them about a refund, they say there is a restocking fee of almost $5. I will make the bbb aware of these practices.
