Trade assurance is a scam, ignored for months
Update: the case eventually got resolved and the money refunded but it took nearly a year, and as a result of the persistent inaction on the part of Alibaba my business did indeed collapse in the interim - having paid out so much for much-needed stock, never receiving said stock for the better part of a year to fulfil orders, and continually being fobbed off by the marketplace operator who "assured" the sale - it was chaos. Admittedly this happened during the beginning of COVID so everything was chaos, but we really needed communication and there wasn't any, just copy/paste fobbing off. _______ Trade assurance is a scam, our business has nearly collapsed because a supplier has failed to provide goods for the 2nd time (been waiting 4 months now). After supplier lied for weeks then now ignored me for weeks Alibaba just keep sending the same copy and paste message on the refund request and putting it on hold for 10 days, and just now they finally responded with something that wasn't copy/paste and it was totally false and showed that they hadn't even looked into the case.
