Best Online experience
Good day. I would like to share my experience with RDX as a brand and customer servicer. On July 2024 i ordered an item from the rdx.com website and during the online transaction I didn't fill all the boxes correctlt. The e-mail box wasn't correctly filled and for that reason I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail or any proof that I had made the purchase. After a week or so I got in touch with the automated assistant on the website thinking immediately I had been scammed cause the money had come out from my bank account and did show "RDX EU SPORTS". So while I had simply accepted that I had been scammed I kept receiving e-mails from RDX asking about the situation and insisting I gave them more details in order for them to locate my transaction. After I provided them with my bank's transaction reference they could finally locate the transaction and explained what the issue had been and prompted themselves to update the sending option to top priority. Not only did I receive the item very quickly after but it was also perfectly and safely packaged. What impressed me the most was the stubborness from the customer services in the form of quick responses to my emails and willingness to solve an issue that was my fault and honestly they didn't have to chase after since i had already completed the transaction and the fault had 100% been mine. Honestly for the problem solving and cordiality of all their communications I can easily say this was the best experience with an online purchase i have ever had in my 33 years of existence.
