I placed an order to ship to a Hotel in Birmingham. it was placed on the 14th. As I watched this parcel go via UPS it went all around the USA before it landed in Birmingham. Then it was only delivered on the 22nd due to my daughter calling 3 times UPS as she was leaving that day to fly home to Australia. She was to leave hotel at midday & box only there a few minutes before & she had to pack the contents into her suitcase. Very poor service from UPS . Our service from Shipito to Australia , which is each month is FAR better. Robyn
