Good software / very good support team
Software: MacXDVDRipper is super easy and cool to use. Really happy about the product. But I had an issue with it to rip 6 DVDs (out of 50) and the support offered me a licence to use VideoProc ... didn't get the difference between the 2. If VideoProc works better, why not replacing MacXDVDRipper by it?? Support: as written above, I had to contact the support for an issue. The support was super nice, interested in my issue, and very helpful. At the end, they offered me a solution. So very good!!
