Failed delivery and won’t refund
Made an order for 2 pairs of shoes (1 standard, 1 custom). These were sent in two separate deliveries (which I was told beforehand due to time it takes to make customs). These custom ones show as delivered but weren’t and spoke to customer service who have used the photo from the first delivery as proof that it was delivered and have refused to give me a refund based on that. The dates for the photo are 14 days before the alleged delivery date so either the customer service is that incompetent they can’t see on their system that nothing about their ‘proof’ matches or this is a blatant scam attempt. Either way I will never be buying from them again as I’m now down almost £200 because of this.
