If It's had 0 Star for the Rating I will give them 0. The service is very horrible and very very bad. I have nothing about their service. I bought my parcel a month already and I still do not have the parcel yet. When I tried to talk with them on live chat. It isn't helping anything because they said they don't know where my parcel and when it's will arrive. They said next time if I want to receive my parcel early. I should choose the expensive transportation. Because I think the service will late my parcel a little bit, that is why I bought it a month early and they give me a reason not seem helpful. Moreover, I had to pay extra money for my parcel because they said the estimated weight before that was wrong. YOYBUY is a liar. SCAM
