Much like all the other people that have reviewed, this organisation has the worst customer service and information around delivery. Do not trust this business. They said delivery within 24 hours or DHL (1-4 days). This is all a lie. My tracking number does not work and it is with fastaway not DHL. Every time I ask for a number to call, they refuse to provide me one. More and more I am starting to believe this is all and scam and that they do not have warehouses in Australia. Customer service responses are almost illiterate and nothing is being done to service my needs. Stay away from this business. If nothing is done to service my needs or a refund to be processed, I will report this business to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to ensure no body else makes the mistake of stumbling across this scam of an organisation.
