Where is customer service????
I recieved my 3rd order of shoes and they were the wrong size. So I immediately reached out to Hobibear on their official site and through the email separately. Sent multiple emails with no replies on what to do to resolve this. The shoes are great, well built ,very comfortable and exactly as advertised. They have a problem with shoe size and their conversions I ordered a US men's size 10 and they sent me a EU size 42 which is too small. Eu43 is the proper equivalent to US men's size 10. Either way I wish they would get manufacturing in the USA or at least stocked warehouses because the shipment from China also takes very long Either way I love my other shoes they are great shoes customer service is horrible and that's all they need to work on. I would like somehow to get contacted back on how to resolve my last order.
