Disappointing Online Shopping Experience
I recently placed an order with Goelia and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While their warehouse is located in Sydney, they charged me $16 for shipping—higher than the usual $10 most brands charge. Unfortunately, the real issue was their choice of courier service. Goelia uses TNT for deliveries, and my experience with them has been terrible. Despite being home all day, they left a "missed delivery" card without even ringing the bell. When I went to the News Agency to collect my package, they claimed that they had no parcel under my name. Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times to both Goelia and TNT, but I have yet to receive any response. I strongly recommend avoiding online orders from Goelia unless they change their shipping service and improve customer support. The frustration of chasing a missing parcel with no assistance is simply not worth it.
