Don’t not order from this site. My order never came and all I want now is a refund and now they are saying it will take 6 months! I wasn’t even going to write a review but not receiving my order and the terrible customer service led me here. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
If I could rate a negative 100 I would. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I ordered something on 06/04/25 and had to reach out around 06/19 for an update just to find out there was a “stocking issue” and my item wouldn’t arrive. If I didn’t reach out to the company who knows is they would’ve ever communicated that information. To make matters worse I went to the website and the item & size were both still available, some stocking issue. When I asked for a refund they send MULTIPLE emails trying to get me to exchange the item. After repeatedly declining the offer they say it will take up to 6 months to process the return… 6 MONTHS?! Take my experience as your sign to run far away.
Order something that the company then informed, AFTER I had to reach out, was no longer available due to a stocking issue. I went to their page (the same day) and screenshotted the item and they said was out of stock. I was even able to place 2 of the same item in the cart. After sending this information to them I got a generic message apologizing for my inconvenience and then they tried to offer an option to exchange the item. Why would I want to exchange something when they couldn’t even deliver my first item. Long story short I have been going back and forth with them trying to simply get a refund and they just get trying to offer me a coupon and the option to exchange. Take my advice and PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS IS A SCAM.
