beware of this scam site, they keep your money and close your account if you complaint
i didn't find how to answer to them.
So this is an update of my older post.
They are thieves.
My 200$ parcel has been returned to them but they didn't go to the post office to get it back.
They were telling me that the parcel will be returned soon for 2 months.
But now, after 2 months they tell me it's lost and because i didn't buy their fake insurance, they won't refund me, even for the shipping price.
There is a basic insurance with all EMS parcels until 110$ + the shipping price because EMS refunds the shipping price when they not deliver.
But this scam site wants to keep my money.
There are far more better taobao agent.
They have contacted me after my trustpilot review, they told me they will refund me only the shipping price.
I told them that EMS refunds the shipping price and if the parcel is really lost, they also give a compensationwith the basic insurance.
And 1 day later, they told me that they will not refund anything to me because i didn't buy the optional insurance.
They told me it's their policy to not refund at all those who did not buy their insurance, even if ems refund them.
Incredible and unbelievable. They assume to be thieves.
they also told me that they will appreciate if i remove my review from trustpilot.
i won't.
Finally those thieves have closed my account.
I had 5 dollars in my wallet, they had keep my 46$ for the shipping price and the 35$ of the declared value they will recover by EMS and the 5$ i had in my yoybuy wallet.
Fortunately, few days ago, i paid for the shipment of all of my items they still had in their warehouse.
Otherwise, they would have kept them white the closing of my account. I don't even know the tracking number, it was only on their website.
They stole me the shipping price (46$) they will recover by ems and i lost the 200$ items because they didn't go to the post office
I think they may not recover the 35$ of the declared value because the parcel was not lost. They let him to be destroyed because they didn't get it back at the post office. Thankfully they will not recover them.
Avoid this scam site or you will lose your money
They are professional liars, they swore to me that everything was ok for 2 months. They are also excellent thieves.

worst shipping agent ever ! They refuse to refund me for a parcel which has been destroyed because of them
Yoybuy is the worst taobao shipping agent ever.
I use their "ship for me".

i have ordered for 200$ items on taobao.
And i paid 46$ to be sure to receive them with EMS october 26th.
Few days later, EMS has returned the parcel to the shipping agent because there was a little flashlight battery in the parcel.
Why did yoybuy put the flashlight if it was forbiddent, i don't know, they are no serious.
I have asked since november 1st where is my parcel.
They told me that i have to wait.
I asked them every 3 days, they told me again to wait and wait....
they said me that the shipping agent will bring it back soon to the warehouse and they swore to me it was not lost.
Few days ago, i have discovered the truth, they told me the truth by chat, i have the transcript.
EMS has returned the parcel since the 1st of november, but the shipping agent didn't go to the post office to get it back.
So the parcel has been destroyed cause to yoybuy and their lazy shipping agent.
I have asked yoybuy to refund me the shipping price (46$) and the value i have declared (35$) even if the real value is 200$ and even if yoybuy is 100% guilty .
EMS give until 110$ compensation for lost parcels even without insurance.
But yoybuy refuses to refund me.
They say that they will not refund me, even for the shipping price, for a destroyed parcel which has been destroyed because of them and their lack of serious.
A shame !!!
EMS always refunds the shipping price when they not deliver the parcels. Yoybuy refuse to refund, they will be refunded and they want to keep my money, arguing that i didn't take their insurance.

J'ai acheté pour 200$ d'articles sur taobao.
le 25 octobre, j'ai choisi une livraison EMS à 46$ pour être certain d'être livré mais la douane chinoise a retourné le colis à l'expéditeur car il y avait une pile cr123 dans le colis.
Un site sérieux n'aurait pas mis la pile dans le colis et m'aurait prévenu que c'était interdit.
Le colis a été retourné quelques jours plus tard à l'expéditeur.
J'ai demandé tous les 3 jours au site ou était mon colis, ils m'ont à chaque fois juré qu'il n'était pas perdu, que je devais juste attendre que le "shipping agent le ramène à l'entrepôt.
Finalement en chattant avec eux, j'ai découvert la vérité.
Le colis était disponbible au bureau de poste mais comme leur "shipping agent" n'est jamais allé le récupérer, il a fini par être détruit.
J'ai donc demandé à yoybuy de me rembourser les frais de port et la valeur déclaré de 35$, ce qui est la moindre des choses vu que le colis ne m'as pas été livré et que EMS leur a remboursé à coup sûr au moins les frais de port, de plus il y a une insurance incluse pour les envois EMS à hauteur de 110$.
Yoybuy refuse de me rembourser les frais de port d'un colis qui a été détruit à cause de leur incompétance, incroyable.
ils veulent encore moins me rembourser la valeur déclarée car je n'ai pas pris leur assurance.
yoybuy vend une assurance supplémentaire que je n'ai pas prise car j'avais déclaré une valeur de 35$.
Mais ils se servent du fait que je n'y ai pas souscrit pour refuser de me rembourser.
