Reliable
It was so convenient to travel with Greyhound! It was easy also to navigate the terminal and gates with the help of staff. Staff is friendly and just gotta listen to the exact words and instructions they told you so you won't go in circles and get lost and be in the wrong bus! NY just closer to Philly with the easy drop off and pick up!
