I'm very satisfied with JOVS redlight therapy bag pro
I have used medical laser for a couple of years to treat pain and inflammation, and I have very good experiences from that. The medical laser I have is great for pain in specific joints etc but it only has 3 diods so it's not really feasible for full body treatment. For the light to penetrate deeper I wanted a bag that had longer wavelengths than 850nm (medical laser is 904 nm) and Jovs therapy bag pro has that, (up to 1200 nm). It's expensive, but not as expensive as the medical laser 😅 However you can get a similar effect of the bag if you use it for a longer time since it is the energy (joules) that count, which is dependent on effect and time. The delivery was fast (in Europe at least), but unfortunately upon delivery there was a glitch in the face panel, causing it to flicker when I moved. I reached out to customer service (who answers fast) and after a couple of emails with trouble shooting and filming, they concluded that it actually was a manufacturing issue, not just me not being able to connect the cables properly 😅 And they will send me a new replacement, so I'm satisfied with the customer service as well! The rest of the bag was good quality, and powerful! Not many actually "feels" the laser light, but I do, especially on the places where I'm in pain. I had to cut my first session short since I felt it was a bit much 😅 You should start with shorter sessions and prolong them over time, but I didn't think it would matter if I did a longer sessions from the start, but I was wrong! 😅 So I'm overall happy with the product, both performance and quality (apart from the glitching face panel of course) and I had a very good experience with their customer service. I would recommend buying the therapy bag pro to anyone having pain in their body and/or joints!
