I received the refund. However, it took the complaint that I filed to Klarna to get my money back. I’ve had received the wrong color in the past and excepted it in the past. After reading previous reviews I now know that this is the usual with Hermosa.
Hermosa sent me the wrong color wig. They said do not file a complaint with Klarna. We will refund and pay for shipping. I returned it and they received it. I sent the shipping receipt and the accepted return receipt. After the return I was told they would refund my money in 24 hrs. Two days later nothing. I emailed again and was told the manager had to look at it first. I filed a complaint with Klarna and received the refund 24 hours later. This is the second time they'd sent the wrong color. The first time I kept the wig and dyed it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
