Dirty gloves.
My experience in pret in Shrewsbury today was appalling. I ordered a cheese toastie...yay they have gloves I thought...so the fella who was in front of me payed cash. So I was expecting him to put clean gloves on..NOPE. he used the same gloves to take my cash and slice my toastie. How is this still allowed pret...get to grips with your ruddy staff...then as a result of me complaining the fella shouts to me I've put new ones on now...A BIT LATE AH. So unfortunately as a result of me complaining they stuffed up my latte..cold weak and no froth..
