Every excuse is good to take other money. A package was returned to them (the address was correct and there were only common items). At first they told me they would send it again, now it has arrived to them and I have to pay again the shipping fee. After this experience I won't use their service. Use other agents, it is better for your time and money
I am waiting for 2 days for an extra picture of an item ( it is an extra service I will pay with the shipping) because they take horrible pictures of the items arrived like they don't care especially for the service ship for me. they use the excuse they are not photographers but I know agents that take less pictures of the items arrived but of better quality and without making the customer pay if not for other detailed photos. maybe it will be the last order with them, then maybe I could close the account. They are not reliable and it seems they are treating you like a fool with strange requests. If they had taken better pictures, surely I wouldn't asked another one to be reassured abouth the color of the item ordered. I advice to use another agent more careful about the needs of the customer
