Empty package, no meaningful support
I ordered an Oclean X Pro Elite directly from Oclean on September 22. After waiting eight days, the shipment finally arrived on September 30 — but the package was completely empty. My husband showed the empty mailer to the delivery driver immediately. The driver contacted a manager, and my husband also spoke directly with the manager by phone. The delivery company, GoFo, later confirmed in writing that an “abnormality” had occurred with the parcel during transit. I contacted Oclean right away, but instead of receiving help, I got an automatic reply stating that their support team is on holiday from September 24 through October 7 and that responses will be delayed. So at this point, I have paid for a toothbrush I never received, the delivery company has acknowledged a problem with the shipment, and Oclean has provided no actual customer service or resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I regret ordering directly from this company. I am now having to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend purchasing directly from Oclean based on my experience.
