Never ever Use Redbus India
why there is no provision to give negative stars? For everything they will say it is not our bus.They will,take no responsibility. Local agents are way better than redbus. They don't know how to talk to customers.My bus left before schedule.I talked to bus company.They did not help me. I called Redbus. Redbus told me it is not their bus.So they are not responsible.I was left on road with luggage without any alternative transport arrangement or consolation words.But local agent standing near by came forward, talked me nicely and arranged alternative transport services. I had booked my ticket from UK.I came to know that Redbus has used my number with (+91-) India code.People from outside India - don't use this ticketing service.Local agents will help you with personal care.For all complains they will say verified from co passengers.I don't understand how they verify my problem from co passengers.
