Very poor Customer Service for Returns/Refunds
I’ve bought a few items from this company & found the items to be quite satisfactory. One time a dress arrived ripped at the seam & I was sent a replacement. Good outcome but it took a lot of emailing back & forth. My latest purchase is a disaster & I want to send it back for a refund. Their Customer Service is terrible, virtually non-existent. Apparently I have to wait for an email code before I get instructions. I can imagine postage will be very costly & don’t expect to get a refund anytime soon. This is very offputting to me as the dress wasn’t cheap. Even though I like a lot of their designs I won’t buy from them again. Once bitten & all that!
