Hitpay has one of the worst customer service with terribly slow response, that some of my queries and concerns were not even dealt with!! I require some assistance regarding the refund process, but unfortunately I didn't even get a response from WA or an email despite multiple follow ups!! The only one response was so generic and like 17 hours later!! What is the whole point of having multiple communication channels if they have barely anyone to deal with customer queries??!! I desperately require them to refund me back the money from the top up balance which I had topped up from my original Paylah account, but it's just so difficult to obtain help regarding this!!!
