Such a shame as some of their clothes are great, but.... some bear no resemblance to what you actually get usually low quality material or sizing is completely out. I ordered a dress cost me £50 (not cheap at all) when it came the material was paper thin and the garment ripped when I first wore it. Trying to return it was ridiculous. they asked me to send them a photograph, then although they said they had a UK return address said i needed to return it to China - postage cost me £13 as they also stated it needed to be tracked. After a couple of weeks still no reply. Luckily i paid for it by PayPal who chased up my complaint, the tracking company said the could not deliver to the address in China. I received a part refund plus out of pocket of £13 postage. Horrible experience took months of ups and downs. Very bad company their clothing prices are high better to stick to companies in your own country. China does not like to give refunds and the pictures do not always represent what you get. BEWARE
