I have ordered on December a clone tank and I did received in April. Is not a problem for this long delay, the problem is that I've contact them 3 times about my order because other users did signal that the clone is incomplete and the description is wrong. I told them 2 times - if my order got only 4 air inserts please cancel. They confirmed 2 times that in the package are 6 air inserts. Quote 'We have double check with the supplier ,the product Comes with BF / Bottom Feeder Pin / Squonker / Squonk Pin; Interchangeable air ducts inserts (6 configurations mono / double airflow) + fine adjustment; Integrated drip tip and compatibility with standard 510 drip tips; Comes with interchangeable air duct insert If you prefer cancel,we will arrange refund within 2 business days. We felt truly sorry for this issue.' I will never use them again.
