I had booked the bus from Calicut to Bangalore, bus was about to start at 8pm I'm standing infront of bus, I got message as below Dear Customer, Due to Traffic Jam in city, Your Bus will be delayed by 40 mintues But bus has some problems they r repairing no response from anyone When I called customer care I did not get good response, behaving like they r not responsible Very bad experience
