Pros and Cons
The company had great customer service… after I messaged a tonne. The pre built PC took 3 weeks to get to me, this was on the shipping company and was handled eventually which was nice. Have had my Pc now for maybe 2-3 months. I constantly have issues with it unfortunately. My wifi doesn’t connect properly even with ethernet, and we have insane WIFI. I thought there was an issue with my headphones not connecting to it but it could pair with everyone else’s PC, phones etc just fine and will decide when and when not to work. When it is working it’s great. On paper it should be better than my partners PC, but just always having small - extremely frustrating inconveniences with it.
