Very poor quality product and only non-sensical automated responses from customer service. It seems they have had a lot of complaints and are unable to manage them. Beware of this company - the large discounts advertised are designed to make you think you are getting a bargain and there are a lot of 5 star reviews on their website which I now believe are fake. I bought the women's canvas messenger bag for £34.48 which was advertised as reduced from £168.73 - 75% off! It is probably actually worth about £10. The label stitched onto the exterior of the bag says 'Ruyihuang' not 'Leafy Souls.' Note on their website they state that they do not accept returns!!! Promotes vegan ethics but this is NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY. Very disappointed.
