bad customer service
Extremely disappointed at how bad their TikTok shop customer service is. I got sent the wrong size of fragrance and it was "sold out" and was given no good options to make up for their mistake. After I spend over $1k in just this last month on their website and TikTok shop. May not be a returning customer after this. I explained and went back and forth with the customer service rep. Lost a customer over a $10 difference of opinions. BUYERS BEWARE, although they sell great products, their customer service is terrible. They do nothing to make up for THEIR mistakes. And the product was in fact in stock. They could’ve sent me the product, but instead chose to handle it improperly even though it was their mistake.
