I’m over the moon!
I’m over the moon with my purchase! Items arrived well packaged, secure. All earrings were correct size and seem of great quality. I will not be returning any of the 8 pairs i bought! However, I’m taking one star off for the fact delivery was a mess. I also need to explain Ask&Embla was not at fault. My track and trace clearly described they sent it over with 24h express shipping. Unfortunately the company who handled the delivery in my country is rubbish and unreliable. I’m sad my experience purchasing here was influenced by them. I suggest Ask&Embla invest in an international shipping company with better accessibility and their reviews would all be much better! I had to wait 6 days after my package was in it’s destination country before arrival and that’s just nuts. I’m saddened Ask&Embla paid for a service they did not extend to the customer. Other than that I could not be happier.
