Awful company. Read all the genuine reviews to see how they screw orders up. They got mine badly wrong then after PayPal intervened they told me to post wrong order back to Hong Kong. Order allegedly came from uk warehouse. Now no matter how many times I have unsubscribed or emailed them telling them to stop, they continue to send me junk mail. Avoid this bunch of losers.
Ordered 10 rolls and was told they were UK stock from Luton wharehouse. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and eventually sent the wrong colors and wrong type of filament. Met with nothing but unhelpful responses via email and eventually opened PayPal dispute. Seller waited till very last day to respond on PayPal and eventually agreed to a refund d but only if I sent them all back to Hong Kong at my own expense. Totally unacceptable service from SUNLU and would never ever use them again. I’m going to try and get my money back by selling them to people in UK who want the Color’s I have now. Avoid SUNLU if you don’t want weeks of stress.
