One Legal is now terrible
One Legal is now terrible. I have used One Legal for many years, but no more. While they used to be very good, my experience of them now is just incompetence. They failed to serve an important service on time - and then NOBODY could tell me what went wrong. SO NO MORE SERVICE! I decided to give them one more chance on just e-filing (what could go wrong) and they screwed it up AGAIN. Some halfwit decided these new papers were just like the old papers (the papers which they failed to serve) and did not file them - even though they were different papers for a different hearing date. DO NOT USE if the filing is important.
