Shameless scammers
NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM. They clearly spend all their cash on marketing, and then send you cheap tat straight from Singapore. I ordered baby hoop earrings, when they arrived I was appalled. They did not even close properly, let anyone stay in my ears. When I complained to customer services they requested a video which I sent, showing clear proof they were defective and not as advertised. They then continued to deny this and refused to provide a refund, only offering a discount on another order which I obviously will not be making. Absolutely shocked and furious. This company should not be allowed to operate, even the reviews on their website only show 5* fake reviews. I left a similar review on their website and funnily enough it is nowhere to be seen! I will be reporting them to trading standards and I encourage you to do the same to stop them continuing to scam people out of their hard earned cash.
