Avoid!
As other people on here seem to have the same issue or worse, I won’t go into too much detail. Suffice to say it’s the same story. Ordered in Dec for my wedding last Saturday. (29/2) no contact re delivery so had to go elsewhere and buy new dresses for bridesmaid and me. No email from them (which they’ve promised 4 times) to initiate the refund. Cancelled items 2 weeks ago. Live chat gives same response each time. ”I’ll create a ticket and you’ll hear in 24 hours”. Unfortunately paid by debit card (don’t have a credit card). I just keep bombarding them with live chat, but I’m not holding out much hope. Strongly advise people to avoid this company.
