Incredible game with good cross-platform capability and great customer service.
All in all, great company and wonderful games (specifically Genshin Impact). Their customer service is friendly and helpful, and the game quality is gorgeous with an interesting story and characters. Their wishing system and character building does take a lot of grinding (that can be skipped by paying, which I don't usually do), but playing for free is absolutely viable and the grinding isn't too bad (except for artifacts). I will say that their game (Genshin Impact) does take up a ton of hard drive space as a heads up. I was not able to download it onto my laptop because of the sheer size of the game, but I play it on the Playstation and it works great there.
