AVOID. Bizarre experience.
AVOID. Very strange experience buying from this Chinese seller. Elyza is quite communicative, responds to emails, happy to get her engineer on a remote desktop session to help you. Unfortunately the device I received was faulty. The engineer tried to fix it several times over remote desktop and failed. I requested to return the diagnostic device for refund more than ten times now. Elyza simply ignores these requests and says yet again that "the engineer can fix it". Another remote session... Another failed fix... Repeat. I'm tearing my hair out! Device is going in the bin and I accept that my money is lost. Do not do business with these dodgy Chinese sellers!
