Ordered an ash catcher that was ‘In Stock,’ that was really not in inventory. I ordered a cheap rolling tray to get free shipping. Now I have a cheap rolling tray and no ash catcher. It’s 2026 and companies still have issues selling inventory that simply isn’t there. Would never use this company again.
I went from being an upset customer to a big fan of Fanatics! Customer service does a really great job. Become a member and everything becomes much more simple. The returns are easy. The clothes are fantastic and visually appealing, with a good selection. The app is great too and makes everything readily available. 15/10!
Horrible customer service. The product didn’t even match the car. The person gave me directions (awful I must say, not professional in any way). I told them the emblem backing was round and not flat. This product I was sent is flat. You can’t stick a flat emblem on a round backing. The same response was given to me again. No help. Also, Product comes with 3m backing. Cheap product at a superior price. Oh, and if you get the back glowing emblem, be prepared to drill a hole in your car! No thanks.
