I ordered comic book set and its TV series video disc set from Singapore. All was great: their communication with seller, their communication with me, as well as organising local collection directly from seller and packing it well for transport from Singapore to Croatia.
Each time it were very specific anime related items from carousell.sg bundled with some generic items that I also sought. The part from seller to warehouse was fairly smooth each time, and charges for meetup with sellers that do not ship packages were reasonable each time. The part from warehouse to me had issues each time, but those issues were completely resolved each time. I wish they could be resolved with less messages between ForwardBuy and me, but it was me who kept sending more messages than I had to.
