I am travelling to bangalore to pune via redbus Shyamoli bus
I am travelling to bangalore to pune . A lady passenger alone.. they promised they have charging points. But its not working in my seat. When I compained bus operation saying we cant do anything .. someone might have chrged laptop before me. Thats not my issue. The charge plug is disconnecting after few minutes. Redbus customer care also didnt help instead he was unprofessional .. and disconnected the call. If anything happens to me I will held these redbus and bus operator responsible.
