Using the product under the ELEVATE Brand - love it
We have used this product in our office for 3 years now and love it. Staff can work from anywhere. Technicians in the field have easy access via sms to their dispatcher. We are about to roll out SMS to our main line for our customers. The Contact Center is affordable for our small service and sales departments. Really improves our call handling and customer service. We are not a large company but now we have large company features and reliability. Working with Intermedia is easy! The people care and are super responsive.
