TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service! Very hard to communicate with. They say they offer refunds within 30 days, but returns are 100% on the customer PLUS they charge 70% off of the price you paid for the item!!!! So I bought a $29.99 dress. Why would I pay to ship it back for a $9 refund????? RIDICULOUS!!!!! Never again!!!!
