Well I have not yet received my package but it should be arriving soon and I hope the product is as good as the customer service. I had mistakenly ordered the weft hair when I needed bulk hair for boho braids. I reached out as soon as I noticed it hoping someone could help me to exchange my order prior to it being mailed out. Michelle responded to my email, exchanged the order for correct product and expedited shipping. I’m so grateful because this saved me a whole lot of time n trouble. Excited to receive my hair!
