I ordered 9 hats online for a company event and the order was cancelled for no reason!!!! The payment went through obviously an no email was sent to let me know that the order was cancelled!!!! HORRIBLE online experience. I was expecting a lot more from Bass Pro Shop!!!! My online review is a ZERO!!
I placed an order on May 19th and as of today June 17th, the order is still processing. I was told 2 weeks ago that the order was shipped. When I checked again a few days ago, I was told that the product did not even make it to CJ. My client canceled the order and it is understandable because it has been a month and nothing. The agents keep giving me the run around without any results. I was instructed to open another dispute ticket for the refund but I am receiving a pop-up message stating that I can not create a refund ticket for this order. My client already got her money back from her bank but it seems that getting my refund is not being taken seriously by your team which is very unprofessional. When will you be able to give me my refund? I am so disappointed with CJDropshipping, it is a shame because it used to be a good platform. Order Number: GX1527296318119256064 UPDATE: I do receive Replies to my messages but of course CJDROPSHIPPING will not take responsibility for their mistake and will not offer a refund. Customer support, Live agent and Tickets were opened. And still no refund!
