Excessive shipping cost.
I intended to add a sweater to my order. Because I didn't see anything revealing shipping cost I selected paypal anticipating an opportunity to review my order before it was complete. After I selected paypal for method of payment I received a notice that my order was complete and being processed. I probably would NOT have made this purchase if I knew ahead of time how excessive shipping cost is. If I have to exchange this for size, I would be paying shipping cost 3times which is more than the jacket is worth. PayPal never processed an order of mine without providing a review before the order was submitted so it must be your site. This is a nice jacket and I really hope it fits or I just got screwed out of $100 and you will be receiving a derogatory review. For what its worth Update So, the response I got was canned and it was obvious that no human read my concern. The response expressed gratitude for the positive reviews and they're glad that Im enjoying my purchase. The review wasn't positive and I placed the order a day ago so I didnt receive anything yet.
