This was my first time purchasing a car online, and Driveway made the process very convenient. The vehicle’s price was better than anything I could find locally, even with shipping included. It’s important to note that the process does require some patience. It can take anywhere from a few days to over two weeks to finalize the sale, complete paperwork, and arrange delivery—especially if the vehicle is coming from out of state. In my case, I live in Texas and the vehicle was shipped from California. I worked with several representatives, each managing a different part of the process. Despite this, communication was consistent, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward. I would like to give kudos to Lucas Graham, my first Driveway representative, who did an excellent job explaining the process and ensuring I understood each step. He was professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. I would also like to thank Ruth Puls for her assistance with the paperwork. The delivery from California to Texas went smoothly. Once the vehicle arrived at the local Driveway center, Enrique reached out to coordinate delivery to my home and confirmed everything on the day of delivery. I am very happy with my first online car purchase. Thank you, Driveway!
