Inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival
Not worth it, pretty jewelry, but absolutely no help when their faulty jewelry breaks. Customer service translated to "Feck you and your broken jewelry, but do give us more of your money please". No resolution, only empty "genuinely sorry" and now they're ignoring me. Save yourself the trouble and find a company with better customer service. UPDATE: They also delete any comments on their social media that don't praise them to the heavens. Absolutely scammy. UPDATE 2: after 2 weeks and submitting another claim with pictures, they agreed that the original ring was not up to standard and sent a replacement. This one seems to be of better quality, but time will tell. Definitely take time to inspect the jewelry upon arrival to make sure it is the quality you were expecting.
