Offered refund or replacement. Requested replacement. Request acknowledged 7/5/2023 with note that shipment ASAP. Requested approx. date. Received email that replacement would ship next day and arrive 7 to 10 days. No order No. or track No. Rated Two Stars because of prompt customer service responses. Hope I can issue a positive review after evaluating replacement stove.
